BianconiConsulting was established in 2006 by Andrea Bianconi,
an Italian business lawyer with over 15 years experience in the
international business arena.
After graduating in Law and obtaining a Masters degree in Business Law,
he has worked for several major international Law Firms in
Milan, London and New York (Carnelutti, Laytons Solicitors,
Gianni Origoni & Partners, Dobson & Pinci),
specialising in International Contracts, Joint Ventures, Project
Financing and International Investments.
Since 2005 he has been dealing with the legal issues related to the
implementation of the Kyoto Protocol and has been advising in
relation to a number of CDM and VCM projects. He has gained
substantial experience and exposure to all the aspects of CDM project
implementation including PIN and PDD preparation, evaluation of
baselines, calculations of project emission reductions, Methodology
application, Validation, Verification and Monitoring processes.
